Public Relation Account Manager

SUMMARY

Our client is hiring a Public Relation Account Manager to join the team.

A suitable candidate should be a motivated and multi-skilled individual that meets the requirements of the role.

DUTIES TO INCLUDE

• Lead on PR activities for our clients, in collaboration with Head of PR and with support from junior team members.
• Work cross-functionally and globally within the company to communicate with all stakeholders in customers' success.
• Create and maintain relationships with customers to better understand and achieve their needs.
• Manage all reporting about the health of customers' accounts.
• Develop a media relationship strategy and cultivate new contacts within business and industry media.
• Leverage existing media contacts.
• Pitching to the media for editorial opportunities.
• Content creation including press releases, pitching and other editorial copy.
• Monitor, analyse and communicate PR results.
• Press trip organisation and hosting.
• Attending key industry PR events.
• Working with the leadership team on new business pitches.

• PR experience.
• Articulate and well accustomed to a client-facing role.
• Willingness and ability to travel.
• True people person who excels in client relations and management.
• An outstanding attention to detail.
• You're an excellent writer and can prove it.
• You've got a solid range of contacts across the media.
• Your organisation skills are top-notch.
• Multitasking comes naturally to you.

DESIRABLE

• Experience in Public Relations sector.
