The terms ‘us’, ‘we’, ‘our’ or ‘Company’ refer to Nova International Group Ltd (also referred to as Nova International), the owner of the website, Company registration number 12728331, registered office 49 Grosvenor Street, Mayfair, London W1K 3HP. The terms ‘you’ and ‘your’ refer to the user or viewer of our website.

Most areas of the website can be accessed without the need to register your details with us, the remaining areas only accessible to you following registration. In accessing or utilising any part of the website, it will be deemed that you have accepted these Terms and Conditions in full.  

With regards to utilising the services provided by us through our website, you agree to:

  • conduct yourself in good faith with the company, candidates and clients
  • provide us with all the necessary, correct and up-to-date information required to enable us to carry out an effective recruitment service for you (applicable to all stages of the process)
  • not disclose or leak any potentially confidential information and/or intellectual property relating to our company/clients’ companies and procedures, or information received from us or our clients, to any individual or entity or to use for your own benefit 
  • observe and abide by all applicable laws, regulatory requirements and codes of practice, and not to undertake or encourage any acts which may catalyse or cause a break of these Terms and Conditions
  • not take part in or carry out any acts or action which may be perceived as, or proven to be, bribery or fraud
  • Important note: Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall limit or exclude any liability for fraudulent misrepresentations.

You must not use our services in any way that violates, breaks or causes any infraction of regulations and/or applicable law.
In utilising our website and services, you agree not to:

  • post or upload any incorrect, misleading or false information (including but not limited to your personal information, previous work history, references and/or the right to work in the United Kingdom or elsewhere)
  • post or upload any material which may be under copyright, or which you do not have approval for
  • post or upload any material which may be threatening, malicious, defamatory, offensive, abusive, or otherwise reprehensible
  • post or upload materials which contain any malware, viruses, spyware or other intrusive software/devices with intent of interfering with the operation of our website, amending or deleting any information without permission, violating security and privacy, and/or otherwise damaging, sabotaging, overloading, spamming, compromising, disrupting or crashing
  • carry out any criminal activity, or to instigate, help or support any behaviour that would be considered a criminal offence, civil liability, or in any way be unlawful

We reserve the right to terminate your access to our website and services, effective immediately and without notice, if you are found to be in breach of any of these terms, non-compliant, or involved in any detrimental activity as detailed above and elsewhere in these Terms and Conditions. We will cooperate fully with law enforcement agencies on all matters deemed criminal, as necessary.

Security and passwords

You will require a username and password, following registration of your account and when logging in to use our website. The security and correct use of this password is your individual obligation, to be kept secret and not made public or known to anyone. If you discover that your password is known to others or possibly utilised in an unauthorised way, you must alert us forthwith. 
We cannot accept liability for any improper use or disclosure of any password without authorisation.

Intellectual Property Rights

For You

The intellectual property rights of all materials provided by you to us for the purposes of accessing and utilising our services, remain yours, including your data which you must ensure is kept updated, correct and valid. Your required information is limited only to that which is necessary and relevant for the provision of our recruitment services. It must not be false, misleading or breach any laws or regulations (including, but not limited to, breach of confidentiality and others’ intellectual property rights). If your information or circumstances change, you must keep us apprised.

On commencement of sharing, uploading or sending your information and data to us or through our website, you grant Nova International a global, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, host, replicate, alter, publish, circulate or communicate said content in accordance with our Privacy Policy, to enable the provision of our recruitment services for you. For this license, the rights you grant are limited to the purpose of running, promoting and enhancing our services for you. The license is valid until the recruitment process is terminated, or until such time as we are legally required to retain the data by applicable law, to uphold any statutory obligations we may have to you, regulators or other legal bodies.

For us

All information incorporated within the website is owned or licensed by Nova International Group Ltd (including photographs and graphical images), retaining copyright and other intellectual property rights, unless otherwise noted. You do not have permission to download, reproduce or print any information or materials from the website, unless it is for your own personal use, with all copyright and proprietary notices kept intact. Copying or distribution for any business or commercial purposes is not permitted, nor any manipulation of the website’s content. You are not allowed to decode, dismantle, reverse engineer, revise or manipulate any of the coding, software or data contained on the website, nor upload any material which breaches intellectual property rights of any third parties.

Limitation of Liability

The information contained on this website is presented in good faith and Nova International uses all reasonable efforts to ensure its accuracy. Nova International reserves the right to retract, cease, suspend, modify or alter any feature of our services or product as required without prior notice, at our absolute discretion.
Our services are provided ‘as available’. Every effort is made to maintain the smooth running of the website, without fault or interruption, however, in the event of the website becoming temporarily unavailable for reasons of maintenance, upgrading, technical issues or errors beyond our control (including those services contributed to by third party service providers), we take no responsibility and will not be held liable. Nova International disclaims all implied representations and warranties, to the extent allowed by law.

In the event of any errors or inaccuracies in the contents on the website, as soon as we are made aware we will strive to correct those inaccuracies as quickly as possible.
Nova International provides comprehensive and specialist services, to effectively aid you throughout the process of your recruitment search. However, due (but not limited) to any unlikely, unforeseen, unknown, personal or extraneous circumstances, we do not guarantee:                                                    

  • a definite offer of an interview or recruitment
  • the length of availability of any advertised vacancy
  • the successful achievement of work or prospects 
  • the suitability of work, salary or contract duration found for you
  • the confidentiality of your data by a third party
  • You will be registered on our database once you have started to utilise our services, therefore depending on your skills and experience, you will be included in pertinent searches periodically.


You may end your registration with us at any time by contacting us via email at contact@novainternational.com, stating in the email’s subject heading that you wish to terminate your registration. Your details will be removed from our database and our recruitment services will subsequently be withdrawn. If you have previously been a contractor of Nova International, we will retain all contractual information for as long as we are legally obliged to hold the data. All other personal data will be removed immediately.

If you have opted in to receive a range of service-related communications from us, by email, digital or paper mail, so that we can provide you with our full recruitment services, and you wish to opt out or terminate, please notify us via email at: contact@novainternational.com

Nova International reserves the right to terminate your access to our services at any time at our absolute discretion, or if you breach any of your obligations under these Terms and Conditions. In a particular case, we may waive our right to terminate but reserve the right to utilise said rights and remedies at a later time, or in any event where you are in breach of these Terms and Conditions.

Amendments and Updates

We may update or amend these Terms and Conditions periodically, for legal, regulatory or website operational reasons. We will make reasonable efforts to inform you of any changes to these Terms and Conditions, which will come immediately into effect. If you continue to use the website after the changes have come into effect, you indicate your agreement to be bound by the new Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree or wish to accept the new Terms and Conditions, please cease use of our website immediately.
