Why would you need an interim appointment?

Interim appointments are typically short-term posts and can range from a couple of weeks to a year. An interim appointment is ideal for:

Nova International prides itself on a fast turnaround with interim appointments. Once we receive a client’s requirements for an interim post, we have been known to arrange interviews for candidates on day one, confirm their references on day two and have them start in their interim role on day three. We can’t always guarantee this every time, but with the right conditions, it can be possible!

We keep in regular touch with our candidates and actively contact them when an interim assignment is due to finish, so that we are able to identify the right placement for them to move on to.
