  • Provide you with feedback and reports, plus information about industry sectors, networking and client events which may be of interest to you

Data Retention — how long do we hold on to your information?

We will hold your information on our database for as long as is necessary to carry out our contractual and statutory obligations to you, or up to 6 years. We are sometimes required to retain your data for differing time periods, according to the statutes and data it is referring to — for example, the Conduct of Employment Agencies and Employment Businesses Regulations 2003, requires us to keep your records for at least one year from (a) the date of their creation or (b) after the date on which we last provide you with our services.

Client Data

We provide the following services for our Clients — Interim Appointments, Recruitment Process Outsourcing, Referencing, Psychometric Assessment, Executive Search, Recruitment, Human Resources support services, HE services/support, Training, International Search.

In providing these services, business-related data is collected, such as contact details and/or the details of individual contacts at your organisation (including name, address, telephone number, email address and position). This data gathered is strictly limited to what is required and will not be used or disclosed for any other purposes.
We will hold information relating to your online engagement with candidate profiles, and other materials produced by us, for the purposes of making our services and marketing communications more efficient and relevant to you.
We may also automatically collect your data or through your submission to us, where appropriate in accordance with any local laws and requirements, when you visit our website or read/click on an email from us.

Client information gathered is used for the purposes of:
-    Recruitment: including storing your details on our database and keeping details of meetings, plus written and verbal communications, to provide an efficient and targeted recruitment service
-    Marketing: including processing data as above to provide relevant targeted marketing
-    Legal claims: in the event there is a need to establish, exercise or defend any legal claims
