SUMMARY

Our client is hiring a Digital Social Media Manager to join the team.

A suitable candidate should be a motivated and multi-skilled individual that meets the requirements of the role.

DUTIES TO INCLUDE

  • Manage and oversee all digital marketing activities, ensuring objectives and targets are achieved.
  • Provide quality digital marketing to nominated services to improve sales.
  • Produce digital marketing reports – as needed for digital marketing performance to increase sales.
  • To support the senior team on social media campaigns and assist with the creation of exciting and engaging content
  • Creating and managing the business paid Social Media advertisements, ensuring adverts are fully optimized.
  • Management of all online referral platforms.
  • Support in the design and implementation of strategies across the homes.
  • Manage the Social Media Team to promote this brand on social media and grow the reach of their social media platforms through the recruitment of new followers and retention of loyal followers by producing and managing engaging content and being responsive to follower engagement.
  • Lead the Digital Engagement Team to deliver income through Facebook Challenge events and other fundraisers, utilizing cutting-edge Facebook fundraising principles and techniques.
  • Manage the Digital Marketing budget, including the paid social media activity working with their media agency and data analyst to track and assess performance against budget, and take responsibility for meeting targets and ensuring resources are used effectively.
  • Develop and implement a social media strategy including creating social media content.
  • Devise creative campaigns in line with the overall strategy to drive acquisition and retention.
  • Design and send a weekly newsletter.
  • Identify new opportunities to maximize business performance and objectives.
  • Managing product placements.
  • Communicating with all press contacts to maintain relationships and devise new connections.
  • Organizing events, use of analytics, and liaising with printed and online publications to gain attention.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

ESSENTIAL

  • Experience running social media platforms for a commercial business.
  • Experience in designing, implementing, and managing the rollout of campaigns.
  • Examples of successful campaigns that you’ve managed.
  • Leadership qualities, be able to get teams on board with your vision and examples of this.
  • Bags of passion, be engaging and want to make a difference.
  • Excellent oral and written communication in English writing for different audiences on different platforms.
  • Strong data management and analytical skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Digital editing software skills in images and video.

DESIRABLE

  • Experience in working with HTML and Content Management Systems.
  • Experience editing websites and HTML.
