Our client is hiring a Clinical Service Manager to join the team.
A suitable candidate should be a motivated and multi-skilled individual that meets the requirements of the role.
DUTIES TO INCLUDE
Responsible for day-to-day organisation and management of clinical departments.
Responsible for the deployment, supervision and teaching of staff within the clinical area.
Development, motivation and performance of all clinical staff.
With other heads of department, ensure that therapies provided are meaningful to the service user group.
Monitor Pharmacy and Advocacy services to ensure adequate standards are met.
Benchmark services against national standards.
Lead preparations for and manage eternal quality visits such as the royal college of psychiatry audits.
Act as a Safeguarding Lead for the Hospital.
To deputize for the Hospital Director when needed.
Participate in the on-call management rota - on a rotational basis.
Lead and manage a clinical team.
Maintain and improve clinical quality.
Work closely with internal and external key stakeholders.
Use patient and stakeholder feedback to inform service delivery improvements.
Ensure compliance with regulation and company requirements.
KEY REQUIREMENTS
ESSENTIAL
Registered General Nurse.
Experienced in line managing clinical staff and operational delivery. You will be able to understand and ensure compliance with health, social care or pharmaceutical regulatory bodies as required.
Confident and assertive manager with a mix of clinical and operational experience that has the passion to help drive our business forward.
Ability to comply with company policies, procedures, and care standards.
Excellent problem-solving skills and confidence in clinical/managerial judgement.
