OPPORTUNITY DETAILS

SUMMARY

Our client is hiring a Team EA – Private Equity to join the team.

A suitable candidate should be a motivated and multi-skilled individual that meets the requirements of the role.

DUTIES TO INCLUDE

  • Extensive and ever-changing diary management.
  • Schedule a high volume of calls and meetings and set up associated video links.
  • Book some International travel across multiple time zones.
  • Proactively manage any changes to schedule at short notice and all associated logistics.
  • Reconcile and process expenses in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate a range of complex office and administrative processes to drive and facilitate business growth.
  • Supporting with events logistics as needed.
  • Updating CRM systems.
  • Creating PowerPoints, using excel and formatting word documents.
  • Ad-hoc administrative duties.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

ESSENTIAL

  • Strong and stable experience as an EA.
  • Strong MS skills including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience in financial services ideally within a client-facing team.
  • Ability to work at an incredibly fast pace.
  • Proactive nature.
  • Good use of initiative.
  • Efficient problem solver.
  • High attention to detail.

DESIRABLE

  • Degree education.
