A highly professional and well-networked talent acquisition specialist with 20 years’ recruitment experience, Sunita Bhogal has recruited in over 170 countries and her international recruitment experience has been recognised with the Middle East International Recruitment Award.   

For over two decades, Sunita has recruited every type of healthcare professional, from brain surgeons and clinical directors all the way through to healthcare assistants, clerical staff and porters. Her NHS experience has taken her to some of London’s most prestigious hospitals, including Whitechapel Hospital, St Bart’s and Sidra Medical Center at Qatar.  

Sunita has also recruited extensively for a range of corporate roles both internationally and in the UK within the financial sector and not for profit. This has also included Executive Search, which has a more tailored approach and draws upon her professional headhunting skills for the executive level roles. 

Internationally, Sunita has managed a team who secured 5,000 recruits as part of a Recruitment Process Outsourcing assignment and has worked in the financial and not for profit sector.

Sunita is the Recruitment Director of Nova International and not only brings her wealth of experience, but a real passion for playing a part in diversity and inclusion within the recruitment industry and supporting developing countries to develop the skills they need to manage their own recruitment practices. 

Sunita is aware of the privilege that exists in the UK and is driven to give back to the local areas in which Nova International recruits. Currently, due to this determination to give back to the community, a percentage of every single recruitment commission is donated to a charitable cause of the client’s choice. Sunita has plans to develop her own NGO to further support developing countries to have the skills and resources they need to develop their own local recruitment processes.
