SUMMARY

Our client is hiring a Brand Manager to join the team.

A suitable candidate should be a motivated and multi-skilled individual that meets the requirements of the role.

DUTIES TO INCLUDE

  • Working closely with the Head of Brand to create and develop a brand strategy, both on and offline.
  • Run market research programs & market insights for responsible brands and monitors.
  • Responsible for the execution, monitoring and analysis of the agreed tactical plans.
  • Contribute to the development of promotional activities in line with internal Code of Conduct guidelines.
  • Monitor and control brand budgets, forecasts and expenses and assess the marketing mix of the product to evaluate cost-effectiveness and results.
  • Identify area market insights.
  • Execute central marketing activities as well as regional initiated marketing activities.
  • Monitor product performance and external environment.
  • Lead future brand development and provide strategic direction.
  • Regularly re-evaluate brand usage policies to ensure they remain fit for purpose.
  • Manage and evolve our brand licensing process, making effective, consistent licensing decisions, and working closely with colleagues in the Government Legal Department t of draft brand licenses.
  • Responsible for the delivery of compelling short and long-term guest experience initiatives such as but not limited to design and environment, food, drink, entertainment, service, pricing, people and atmosphere including proposition development, test & learn, business case, roll-out and ongoing measurement.
  • Responsible for implementation, maintenance and measurement of brand standards.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

ESSENTIAL

  • You will have previous branding/marketing experience in a B2C environment.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills across all levels.
  • Managing and delivering facets of multichannel marketing campaigns, including developing digital/offline content, monitoring and evaluating performance and using insight to drive decision-making.
  • Able to manage multiple projects and deliver against tactical plans.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Focused on personal and professional development.
  • An innovative and creative mindset with the ability to drive new concepts.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

DESIRABLE

  • Experience within the branding sector is preferred but not essential to the success of this role.
