Our client is hiring a Clinical Lead to join the team.
A suitable candidate should be a motivated and multi-skilled individual that meets the requirements of the role.
DUTIES TO INCLUDE
Complete Initial Assessments of individuals or couples and assign clients to wider ones.
Support worker/therapist team.
Hold a personal client caseload.
Chair group meetings of all clinical staff once a month.
Consult with clinical supervisors regarding team members.
Ensure client evaluations are given to completing clients and review responses.
Line manage helpline and check helpline log weekly and review.
Ensure response to support emails within 24 hours.
Manage client CRM.
Make public presentations individually or jointly with Scientific Advisor or others.
Responsible for information in adverts, website and social media regarding referrals and potential clients.
Develop links with appropriate clinics, clinicians, organisations and services.
Plan educational public forums and webinars and evenings for the community.
Plan events and outreach to groups.
Be present at Medical Advisory Panel meetings and Advisory Committee meetings.
Help to develop a clinical policy regarding a range of issues.
KEY REQUIREMENTS
ESSENTIAL
Have a relevant professional qualification in a Health and Social Care profession or Counselling and where appropriate, have statutory registration or professional registration/accreditation with experience.
Ability to design, implement and maintain sound clinical governance structures to ensure PIPS HS services are safe and effective.
Ability to co-design, plan, develop and maintain safe, complex services to meet the needs of PIPS clients.
Knowledge and experience in clinical outcome measure systems.
Ability to maximize your personal contribution, delivering complex objectives through your skills and teamwork.
Highly developed verbal and written communication skills coupled with analytical ability.
Proficient in the use of digital resources and electronic record keeping.
Ability to make informed decisions and exercise sound judgement within PIPS HS policies and procedures.
Ability to influence others to maximize performance and demonstrate collective leadership.
DESIRABLE
Hold a clean driving license and access to a vehicle on a daily basis.
